Wednesday: 6.30am - Swim and Run
Thursday 7pm: Swim and Run

Rupert Chen is an IRONMAN Ambassador and RC Coaching Head Coach. Just fresh from the World Championships, he has also finished a full Iron distance under 10 hours making him the only Malaysia with 2 All World Athlete (AWA) Gold (top 1% Ironman rank in the world).
