YOGA FOR TRIATHLETES

Happening every Tuesday 7.30pm at 2Escape Bikes PJ, Yoga for Triathletes is a series of 3 consecutive yoga sessions that focuses on deep stretching and rehabilitation designed for triathletes. Each cycle comprises of Yoga for Cyclists, Yoga for Runners and Yoga for Swimmers.

Yoga for Triathlete is different from any other yoga classes that you might have attended:

  • paying close attention to improving your muscle and joint's range of motion.

  • This includes increasing flexibility and stability to your body structure.

  • Reducing your risk for injury and enhances your overall sports performance.
